การทำจิตของตนให้ผ่องใส
นี้เป็นคำสั่งสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าทั้งหลาย.
การไม่กล่าวร้าย
การไม่ทำร้าย
ความสำรวมในปาติโมกข์
ความเป็นผู้รู้ประมาณในโภชนะ
การอยู่ในเสนาสนะที่สงัด
การประกอบความเพียรในอธิจิต
นี้เป็นคำสั่งสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าทั้งหลาย.”
