รู้อริสัจ ๔ ย่อมสิ้นอาสวะได้

The ending of defilements is for one who knows and sees suffering, its origin, its cessation, and the path. The ending of the defilements is for one who knows and sees this.
That’s why you should practice meditation …”

“Bhikkhus, I say that the destruction of the taints is for one who knows and sees, not for one who does not know and does not see. For one who knows what, for one who sees what, does the destruction of the taints come about? The destruction of the taints comes about for one who knows and sees: ‘This is suffering’; for one who knows and sees: ‘This is the origin of suffering’; for one who knows and sees: ‘This is the cessation of suffering’; for one who knows and sees: ‘This is the way leading to the cessation of suffering.’ It is for one who knows thus, for one who sees thus, that the destruction of the taints comes about.
“Therefore, bhikkhus, an exertion should be made to understand: ‘This is suffering.’… An exertion should be made to understand: ‘This is the way leading to the cessation of suffering.’”
ภิกษุทังหลาย เรากล่าวความสิ้นไปแห่งอาสวะทั้งหลายว่า มีได้สำหรับผู้รู้อยู่ ผู้เห็นอยู่ ไม่ได้กล่าวว่า มีได้สำหรับผู้ไม่รู้อยู่ ผู้ไม่เห็นอยู่ ภิกษุทั้งหลาย ความสิ้นไปแห่งอาสวะทั้งหลายย่อมมีได้ สำหรับผู้รู้อยู่ ผู้เห็นอยู่ซึ่งอะไร คือ ความสิ้นไปแห่งอาสวะทั้งหลาย ย่อมมีได้สำหรับผู้รู้อยู่ เห็นอยู่ว่า ทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ เหตุให้เกิดทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ ความดับของทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ ข้อปฏิบัติให้ถึงความดับของทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ ดังนี้.
ภิกษุทั้งหลาย เพราะเหตุนั้นในเรื่องนี้ พวกเธอทั้งหลาย พึงกระทำความเพียรเพื่อให้รู้ตามความเป็นจริงว่า ทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ เหตุให้เกิดทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ ความดับของทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ ข้อปฏิบัติให้ถึงความดับของทุกข์เป็นอย่างนี้ ดังนี้เถิด.
