Seeing the six internal sights as not-self, rebirth will be ended. (1)

“Mendicants, the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are not-self.
Seeing this, a learned noble disciple grows disillusioned with the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind. Being disillusioned, desire fades away. When desire fades away they’re freed. When they’re freed, they know they’re freed.
They understand: ‘Rebirth is ended, the spiritual journey has been completed, what had to be done has been done, there is no return to any state of existence.’
ภิกษุทั้งหลาย ตาเป็นอนัตตา หูเป็นอนัตตา จมูกเป็นอนัตตา ลิ้นเป็นอนัตตา กายเป็นอนัตตา ใจเป็นอนัตตา ภิกษุทั้งหลาย อริยสาวกผู้ได้สดับแล้ว เห็นอยู่อย่างนี้ ย่อมเบื่อหน่ายแม้ในตา ย่อมเบื่อหน่ายแม้ในหู ย่อมเบื่อหน่ายแม้ในจมูก ย่อมเบื่อหน่ายแม้ในลิ้น ย่อมเบื่อหน่ายแม้ในกาย ย่อมเบื่อหน่ายแม้ในใจ เมื่อเบื่อหน่าย ย่อมคลายกำหนัด เพราะคลายกำหนัด ย่อมหลุดพ้น เมื่อหลุดพ้นแล้ว ย่อมมีญาณหยั่งรู้ว่าหลุดพ้นแล้ว ย่อมรู้ชัดว่า ชาติสิ้นแล้ว พรหมจรรย์อยู่จบแล้ว กิจที่ควรทำได้ทำเสร็จแล้ว กิจอื่นที่จะต้องทำเพื่อความเป็นอย่างนี้มิได้มีอีก ดังนี้.
