What four?\u00a0The noble truths of suffering,\u00a0the origin of suffering,\u00a0the cessation of suffering,\u00a0and the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering.\u00a0These noble truths of suffering, origin, cessation, and the path have been understood and comprehended. Craving for continued existence has been cut off; the attachment to continued existence is ended; now there\u2019ll be no more future lives.\u201d<\/p>\n
